Will of Hemisphere handles $2.05m sale of Aaron Manor Apartments

Richard Will, president of Hemisphere Holdings Corp,, brokered the $2.05 million sale of the Aaron Manor Apartments. The complex contains 52 units. The seller was Erich and Patricia Nordheim Jr. and the buyer was Berkley Properties, LLC. Hemisphere Holdings Corp. is a commercial real estate firm specializing in the brokerage of multifamily properties and mobile home parks.
