GCP Capital Group arranges 15 mortgages totaling $123.294 million

New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing totaling $123.294 million for the following 15 deals:

• $19.5 million combined financing for a package of three mixed-use apartment buildings containing a total of 113 apartments and 11,650 s/f of retail space in Manhattan and the Bronx. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $18 million for a seven-story apartment building containing 40 residential condo units, located in the Williamsburgh section of Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $13 million in combined financing for a package of seven residential buildings undergoing renovation that will contain a total of 52 apartments, located throughout Brooklyn and Queens. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $10.8 million combined financing for two four-story apartment buildings containing a total of 67 apartments and two retail units. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $9.03 million combined financing for two five-story apartment buildings with 34 units and two stores, located on East 149th St., Bronx and a six-story apartment building containing 53 units, located on East 51st St., Brooklyn. Stephen Katz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $8 million for two contiguous five-story mixed-use buildings containing a total of 12 apartments and 5,800 s/f of retail space on West 8th St., Manhattan. Matthew Albano, senior broker of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $7.5 million for three retail condo units comprised of  9,400 s/f located at the base of a condo apartment building on Central Park North in Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $7.214 million for two five-story apartment buildings containing a total of 88 apartments on Morris Ave. in the Bronx.  Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $5.8 million for a five-story mixed-use building containing eight apartments and 1,600 s/f of retail on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $5.5 million for a seven-story apartment building containing 56 apartments, located on Brooklyn Ave., Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $4.5 million for two connected six-story apartment buildings containing a total of 54 apartments on Holland Ave. in the Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $4.1 million for a six-story multifamily building containing nine apartments and one commercial unit on West 235th St., Bronx. David Sessa, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $3.8 million for a five-story mixed-use building containing eight apartments and one commercial unit on East 6th St. in Manhattan.  Katz arranged the financing.

• $3.4 million for a five-story apartment building containing 26 apartments on West 172nd St., Manhattan. Classi arranged the financing.

• $3.15 million for a six-story multifamily building containing 20 apartments and two commercial units on Morris Ave., Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
