Inspire Physical Therapy expands in Ronkonkoma

June 23, 2008 - Brokerage
Husband and wife physical therapists Joseph and Victoria Valerio founded Inspire Physical Therapy and Fitness LLC in 2003 after a long career of working various therapy practices in the metro area. Inspire Physical Therapy and Fitness provides general therapeutic treatment for orthopedic, sports and neurological injuries. As certified clinical instructors under the National Strength and Conditioning Association and American Physical Therapy Association, they both understand the need for multi dimensional therapy treatment to help patients, whether the issues are systemic, chronic or temporary. This approach has attracted patient referrals from doctors, sports facilities, fire and police departments throughout the region. The Valerios' unique combination of innovative therapy practices combined with a welcoming patient environment, has caused their practice to expand so significantly that they have outgrown their current facility of 1,750 s/f and are purchasing a 9,200 s/f property on Hawkins Ave. in Ronkonkoma, Suffolk County NY. Not only will the new facility give them needed space for equipment, treatment areas, etc., but it will enable them to remain in the area and provide excellent parking for patients as well as handicap accessibility. The purchase and renovations are being financed by GE Capital Corp. (50% first mortgage for 25 years) and the Long Island Development Corp. (using the SBA 504 loan program; fixed-rate second mortgage for 20 years) with 10% equity from the Valerios. Thanks to this financing package, Inspire Physical Therapy and Fitness will be able to spaciously serve clients seeking wellness and fitness for years to come.
