2015 Year in Review - John Bouck

What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2015?   We actually had a very active year in the Auburn community area, beginning with the lease of a 52,000 s/f industrial building to a major tenant. In addition, we completed negotiations for a small shopping center (eight stores), and an 8,000 s/f  lease for a national tenant. We are pleased to be part of what has become a commercial renaissance period for the city of Auburn.
