Steven Lerner, Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, and Joe Clark of Clark Realty, LLC brokered the sale of 1652-1656 Central Ave., in Colonie, between RoJoLo Partners and 1650-1660 Central Ave. Associates, LLC. The sale price was $1.525 million. This property was part of a 1031 exchange.
