Borruso from Pyramid were seeking space to enable HBS to accommodate its growth in the Buffalo area market. The Vickers facility was no longer required by Uni-Select since it sold its US operations.
“The supply of industrial buildings remains extremely tight in Western New York and in other Upstate New York submarkets. Most transactions involve expanding local and regional companies, of which HBS is an excellent example,” said Schiller. “Sale and lease of industrial buildings of all sizes is at an unprecedented pace,” said Borruso. According to Schiller, “More industrial real estate transactions are poised to close in the near future from the Pyramid office in Buffalo.”
The building was listed by Johnson Real Estate.
