Century 21 Grand merges with Century 21 Anarumo-ZOAR Realty

Century 21 Grand Realty has merged with Century 21 Anarumo-ZOAR Realty. This move continues the company's aggressive growth into Orange County and the Hudson Valley. As part of the transaction, Century 21 Anarumo-ZOAR will vacate its 1,300 s/f location at 1227 Rte. 300 and move by year's end into a new, 15,000 s/f Century 21 office at Rte. 300 and Old South Plank Rd. Thomas Anarumo, the broker/president of Century 21 Anarumo-ZOAR Realty, will serve as Century 21 Grand's director of commercial services. A manager of the new, combined office and its staff of 20 professionals will be named soon. Century 21 Anarumo-ZOAR Realty is one of Orange County's leading commercial real estate companies. Anarumo founded his firm more than 20 years ago and joined three partners in forming Anarumo-ZOAR in 2000. The company has been a Century 21 affiliate for four years. In the residential real estate sector, Anarumo-ZOAR also specializes in development and income-producing properties. "Century 21 Grand is an exciting, innovative company and we are very excited to be partnering with them," said Anarumo. Anarumo-ZOAR is the second Orange County company to join Century 21 Grand in the past 18 months.
