GCP Capital Group arranges 13 mortgages totaling $108.238 million

New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing totaling $108.238 million for the following 13 properties:

• $37 million for a 14-story apartment building containing 69 units and 5,500 s/f of commercial space, located in the West Village, Manhattan.  Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.    

• $16.5 million for two contiguous six-story multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 160 units, located on Kingsbridge Terrace in the Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing.   

• $10 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 36 units in the Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $8.15 million for a five-story multifamily apartment building containing 15 units, located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Perlmutter arranged the financing. 

• $7.6 million for a five-story multifamily apartment building containing 67 units and 5,950 s/f of commercial space, located on Eighth Ave., Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $6 million for a five-story residential building containing eight apartments and 1,500 s/f of commercial space, located on the Lower East Side, Manhattan. Perlmutter arranged the financing.

• $5.5 million for a two-story medical office building comprised of 19,800 s/f in Astoria, Queens. Classi arranged the financing.

• $5.25 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 43 units, located on Grand Concourse, Bronx. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $3.75 million leasehold mortgage for a 7,730 s/f retail space located within a cooperative building on Broadway in Manhattan.  David Sessa, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $3.5 million for a one-story retail building comprised of 11,400 s/f, located on Merrick Blvd. in Queens.  Greenbaum arranged the financing. 

• $1.913 million for a three-story multifamily apartment building containing eight units, located on Madison St., Queens. Matthew Albano, senior broker of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $1.875 million for two two-story apartment buildings containing a total of eight units, located on Hancock St., Queens. Albano arranged the financing.

• $1.2 million for a four-story apartment building containing eight  units on Edgecombe Ave., Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing.
