GCP Capital Group arranges 17 mortgages totaling $301.996 million

New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the amount of $301.996 million for the following 17 deals:

• $72.1 million for a portfolio of six, six-story multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 430 units and 16,000 s/f of retail space in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Stephen Katz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing for this portfolio.

• $58 million for adjoining 12-story and seven-story mixed use buildings containing a total of 125 apartments and 9,000 s/f of commercial space in the Midtown section of Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.   

• $42 million for 35,500 s/f of ground floor and lower level retail space along with a parking garage of 31,520 s/f on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. David Sessa, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $35 million for a three-story industrial building comprised of 301,000 s/f in LIC. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing for these properties.

• $17 million for a portfolio of 10 multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 407 apartments and 11 commercial units in Brooklyn. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $15 million for a 21-unit retail strip center comprised of 79,100 rentable s/f on Bruckner Blvd. in the Bronx. Louis Perlmutter, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $8 million for three contiguous four-story mixed-use buildings containing a total of 18 apartments and 3,300 s/f of commercial space on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $7.65 million for six contiguous two-story multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 120 units on Hollis Ave. in Queens. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $7.5 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 28 units and 1,500 s/f of commercial space at Waverly Place in Manhattan. Classi arranged the financing.

• $7 million for a six-story apartment building containing 23 units on East 11th St. in Manhattan. Matthew Albano, senior broker of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $6.725 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 60 units on Selwyn Ave. in the Bronx. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $6.5 million for two five-story multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 25 units and 2,700 s/f of commercial space on Amsterdam Ave. in Manhattan. Classi arranged the financing.

• $5.35 million for two five-story multifamily apartment buildings containing 38 units and six commercial units on East 187th St. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.

• $4.3 million combined financing for a one-story commercial building of 11,200 s/f and a one-story retail building of  3,400 s/f, located throughout the Bronx. Perlmutter arranged the financing for these properties.

• $3.7 million for a four-story apartment building containing 38 units on Ave. K in Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $3.5 million for a five-story multifamily apartment building containing 20 units on East Second St. in Manhattan. Classi arranged the financing.

• $2.67 million combined financing for two one-story, single tenant commercial buildings comprised of 5,250 total s/f on Steinway St. in Queens. Classi arranged the financing.
