Triangle Properties closes six Long Island leases totaling 32,500 s/f

Jericho, NY According to Rick Yaffe of Triangle Properties, a leading Long Island commercial property owner and manager, the firm closed the following six transactions totaling 32,500 s/f:

• AutoZone has leased 7,000 s/f at 1747 Sunrise Highway, Bay Shore.  AutoZone will join Blinds To Go and Casual Male XL at this shopping center adjacent to South Shore Mall.  Joanne Argenti, Jeff Howard, and Dan Glazer of Ripco Real Estate represented the tenant.

• IDEXX Laboratories has leased 2,100 s/f at 30 Jericho Executive Plaza, Jericho. Tom DiMicelli of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.

• Applied Industrial Technologies has leased 4,250 s/f at 43 Rocklyn Ave., Lynbrook. Rich Pisacone of Colliers International and Jeff Saywitz of The Saywitz Co. represented the tenant.

• Alloy Capital Partners has leased the 10,300 s/f free-standing building at 30 Central Dr., Farmingdale Gary Schacker of United Realty represented the tenant.

• Diapoules and Feinstein CPAs, P.C. has leased 3,250 s/f at 900 Walt Whitman Rd., Melville. Katy Anastasio of Laffey Fine Homes represented the tenant.

• Ultra Bright Lightz has leased 5,600 s/f at 181 East Industry Court, Deer Park. Yaffe handled this transaction.
