Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP to relocate office to 40 Exchange Pl.: 14,800 s/f
New York, NY According toKaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP (KDV), it is moving its local office, doubling the amount of its current space. The move is designed to accommodate a growing staff and provide a more collaborative environment in which attorneys and clients can work together. KDV plans to move into the new space in early spring 2017.
“With our New York City office growing both in the number of attorneys and diversity of practice areas and with strategic growth planned for the firm, the move is designed to provide space for expansion, and, just as important, create an atmosphere where our attorneys and clients can meet, prepare for trial and work together on projects,” said Kevin Mattessich, managing partner of the KDV NYC office.
KDV’s area office handles a wide variety of practice areas including complex litigation, professional liability, labor and employment, insurance coverage, securities and financial services, cyber risk and maritime issues.

KDV is moving from 6,000 s/f at 60 Broad St. to a full floor at 40 Exchange Pl. which is 14,800 s/f. Newmark Holdings and Northwind Group, the building’s owners, are renovating the space.
The new space will include advanced technology and green initiatives, including offices for 35 resident attorneys, offices for visiting attorneys, three conference rooms and a video conference system. The entire building is undergoing a major renovation, including a new lobby and common areas.
