MacQuesten Construction welcomes Kelly as senior project executive
Pelham, NY MacQuesten Construction Management, LLC has hired Thomas Kelly Jr. as senior project executive.
Kelly brings to MacQuesten nearly 20 years of extensive managerial experience and expertise in design and construction. He most recently served as a senior project executive for HFZ Capital Group.
At HFZ his principal responsibilities included overseeing multiple high-rise luxury conversion projects from conception to completion; liaising with directors, realtors, design teams and investors; building and managing networks of consultants, subcontractors and vendors; supporting acquisitions and legal teams in preparing and amending offering plans; and assisting marketing and sales teams on purchase offers, contracts and closings.
Kelly also has held managerial positions with Mackenzie Keck Construction of Hackettstown, NJ; Devito Builders of Yorktown Heights, NY; Marquise Construction of Pleasantville, NY; and Prestige Homes LLC of Great Neck, NY.
A member of the National Association of Home Builders, Kelly has overseen all aspects of several high-end, mid-rise and high-rise residential projects in Manhattan, including:

Kelly earned degrees in civil technology from Westchester Community College and construction management from Manhattan College.
