Rockville Centre, NY Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty has officially cut the ribbon on its newest sales office, located at 36 S. Park Ave.

“We’re thrilled to have opened this centrally located office in southern Nassau County,” said Patricia Petersen, president and CEO of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty.  “This is something our agents have been working to achieve for some time, so it’s particularly gratifying to them, and the organization as a whole.”

“Our beautiful new office will serve as a home base for more than 30 agents to expand their market opportunities,” said Petersen.

Headed by sales manager Donna O’Reilly-Einemann, the office was first launched two years ago as a division of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Garden City office. “Scott Wallace and I saw the opportunity to stake a claim in Rockville Centre and were determined to build a strong sales team over time that would enable us to open an office in the community.  We then joined forces with Marashinsky and Nugent Real Estate, a legacy agency with over 40 years servicing the Rockville Centre community. We have accomplished our goal.”

In addition to agents who migrated from Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Garden City office, sales professionals from other area agencies have also become part of the Daniel Gale Sotheby’s team. “As our business has become increasingly demanding, our strength and global reach have become more important to agent success,” said Deirdre O’Connell, general sales manager for Daniel Gale Sotheby’s. “Today’s real estate professionals require a full complement of technology to be able to best serve the needs of their clients and customers. Our ongoing efforts provide our sales professionals with the most innovative tools available, as well as global exposure through our affiliations, marketing and advertising, and referral connections.”
