New York, NY Sparks Marketing Group, a global brand experience agency whose clients include Adidas, Michael Kors, Samsung, and Google has signed a seven-year lease at 42-44 Greene St. The company, which has one million s/f nationally and is headquartered in Philadelphia, will take a 5,400 s/f space in the SoHo building. Elliot Zelinger and Caroline O’Connell of Savitt Partners represented Sparks Marketing Group in the transaction, while David Zar of Grand Greene LLC represented the ownership. “Having a permanent presence in New York was important to Sparks. Once we understood the requirements, we were able to find the space and complete the transaction quickly. This location will put Sparks in the center of the action, in an area that will help stimulate the creative juices of those working inside,” said Zelinger. “We have been exploring Manhattan options for a while,” said Elena Nicolaidis, vice president of events at Sparks. “Our main requirement was an environment that would support our balanced culture of work and play. The natural light, high ceilings and private roof deck of Greene Street allow for an inspired space where employees, clients and prospects can collaborate and be creative together.” This new office follows recent Sparks expansions in Connecticut and Detroit and will help the company continue to produce and provide world-class experiential services for its growing customer base.
