Monday Props. secures seven leases at 386 Park Ave. South - 26,050 s/f

Monday Properties has completed seven lease transactions, totaling 26,050 s/f, at the 260,000 s/f 386 Park Ave. South.
Craig Panzirer, senior VP and director of leasing and marketing, and Issa Deas, leasing associate, represented building owner Monday Properties in-house in all seven transactions. The 20-story office building, located between East 27th and East 28th Sts., was constructed in 1927 and is 99% leased.
New leases signed at 386 Park Ave. South include: Euro Pacific Capital Inc. signing for 3,975 s/f on the 16th floor, Educate Online Inc. taking 3,166 s/f on the third floor, Vesoft Inc. leasing 2,500 s/f on the fifth floor, Q-nomy Inc. signing for 2,057 s/f on the 16th floor and MMF Systems Inc. taking 1,491 s/f on the eighth floor.
Philip Sprayregen of Byrnam Wood Inc. represented Euro Pacific, David Scher of Jay G. Smith and Associates represented Educate Online, Alan Bonett of Adams & Co. represented Vesoft, and Jean Bates of Manhattan Commercial Realty Corp. represented Q-nomy. MMF Systems was represented in-house.
Monday Properties also completed a renewal and an expansion at 386 Park Ave. South. Menagh & Falcone, PC renewed its lease for 8,150 s/f on the 13th floor and Crisp Wireless expanded its occupancy on the sixth floor to 4,711 s/f. Menagh & Falcone was represented in-house. Scott Bloom of Bloom Real Estate Group LLC represented Crisp Wireless.
