Michael Fuller, director at NAI Long Island in Melville, brokered the sale of 173 Utica Ave. The three-story mixed-use building is located in Crown Heights. Fuller, who is active in Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx, represented the seller and purchaser in the transaction. The property sold in two days, with all-cash.
