Island Associates Real Estate, Inc. has closed the following three leases totaling 3,650 s/f:
• Sprint has leased a 850 s/f of retail space at 385 Sunrise Hwy., West Babylon. Roger Delisle, Suzanne Lopez, and Terence McMahon of Island Associates represented the landlord and tenant.
• Transcript Pharmacy, a local pharmacy, has leased 1,800 s/f of retail space within Fulton Plaza, 87-123 Hempstead Tpke, Farmingdale. Delisle and Lopez of Island Associates represented the landlord and tenant.
• Special Touch Car Detailing, a car detailing company, has leased a 1,000 s/f of warehouse space at 333 Spur Dr. North in Bay Shore. Lopez and McMahon of Island Associates represented the landlord and tenant in this transaction.
