Grant Dolgin of Kalmon Dolgin arranges 12,000 s/f lease in Brooklyn

According to Neil Dolgin, co-president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Grant Dolgin of the firm arranged a 12,000 s/f lease for Lower Eastside Service Center (LESC) Foundation and Angel St. Thrift Shop at 33 Nassau Ave. in the Greenpoint neighborhood. Grant Dolgin represented the tenant, LESC Foundation and Angel St. Thrift Shop, in the transaction. Neil Dolgin represented the ownership in the negotiations. The lease encompasses a 10,000 s/f space on the ground floor and a 2,000 s/f basement comprising both warehouse and retail portions. Angel St. Thrift Shop, whose proceeds benefit individuals and families affected by substance abuse, mental and other illness, will sell high-end used items in an expansion from its current Manhattan-based boutique. Also known as the Flour & Sugar Building, the three-story warehouse is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation which includes modernization and expansion of the existing structure into a 88,000 s/f, mixed-use property.
