Zach of EPIC sells 709 Grand St. for $3.8 million

EPIC Commercial Realty arranged the sale of 709 Grand St. in East Williamsburg. The three-story mixed-use building houses two apartments and one ground floor retail unit as well as 8,750 s/f of additional development rights. The property was delivered vacant, as all tenants were on a month-to-month basis before vacating. EPIC senior broker, Shay Zach, brokered the sale for $3.8 million.
