FJI launches investment sales group

Ferrara Jerum International (FJI) revealed the launch of an investment sales group and retained the services of Nicholas Capanna Esq. to lead the initiative. Marco Muoio has joined the property leasing group as a leasing specialist. The investment sales group features the only practice subgroup in Upstate NY dedicated exclusively to investment sales of retail real estate assets. The group provides personal service, access to well-established relationships with private investors and institutional buyers, listed and off market assets, and customized marketing programs. Capanna Esq. has been retained by FJI to lead the investment sales group. Most recently, Capanna served as vice president at First Niagara Bank overseeing branch business banking initiatives and client relationships across many retail bank locations. Capanna holds his JD from the University at Buffalo; MBA, Rochester Institute of Technology; and BS, Saint John Fisher College. As director of asset sales he is responsible for managing all investment property sales at FJI. Muoio joined FJI as a leasing specialist. Most recently Muoio spent 3 years as the owner/operator of one of Rochester's most innovative restaurant concepts. Prior experience includes work as a sales and marketing consultant for Live-Work Realty, specializing in developing creative spaces in Downtown Rochester, most notably the Capron Building. Muoio holds a B.A. in Marketing from University of Dayton. As a leasing specialist he will be responsible for leasing of various projects represented by FJI.
