Conklin of Savills reps Leanza & Agrapidis in 4,000 s/f lease renewal

Leanza & Agrapidis P.C. has renewed its lease and expanded its presence at Heights Plaza, located at 777 Terrace Ave. The law firm will occupy 4,000 s/f at the class A office building, according to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, owner and manager of the property. The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Graham Conklin of Savills Studley represented the tenant.
