Meridian Capital arranges $38.485 million in financings

Meridian Capital Group, LLC, a leading national commercial real estate finance and advisory firm, completed the following transactions totaling $38.485 million: * A new mortgage of $3.16 million was placed by Meridian on a six-story, 16-unit multifamily property located on East 3rd St. The loan features a rate of 3% and a five-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Judah Hammer and Daniel Neiss. * Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $26.75 million on a 29-story, 311-unit multifamily property located on St. Nicholas Ave. The loan features a rate of 3.13% and a five-year term. Avi Weinstock and Chaim Tessler negotiated this transaction. * Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $3.675 million on a five-story, 8-unit multifamily property located on Avenue B. The loan features a rate of 3.13% and a five-year term. Hammer and Neiss negotiated this transaction. * A new mortgage of $2.9 million was placed by Meridian on a four-story, 20-unit multifamily property located on Lafayette Ave. The loan features a rate of 3.2% and a five-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Jim Fiesel and Shamir Seidman. * Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $2 million on a five-story, 12-unit multifamily property located on East 9th St. The loan features a rate of 3% and a five-year term.
