Schechter and Seider of Pyramid Brokerage complete $2.1 million sale of 112,000 s/f industrial facility to Knee Deep Holdings LLL

Knee Deep Holdings LLL, has purchased an industrial property located at 10 Centre Dr. from Gaymar Industries, Inc. The sale price for the 112,000 s/f facility on 15.07 acres was $2.1 million. David Seider and Richard Schechter of Pyramid Brokerage Company, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, handled the negotiations for the transaction.
