SYRACUSE,NY A five-person group including two attorneys and three legal professionals headed by Kevin McAuliffe, preeminent in the field of New York project development, join Hiscock & Barclay, LLP establishing a new economic & project development practice area and elevating the firm to 200 attorneys across eight offices.

With more than 25 years of project development experience, McAuliffe has represented public and private sector clients over a broad geographic range in multimillion dollar development, bonding, and leasing transactions. Before joining Hiscock & Barclay, McAuliffe was a member with Green & Seifter, Attorneys, PLLC. He is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law.
