Massey Knakal Realty Services has completed three sales valued at $4.645 million. The transactions include the following:
* The sale of a single-story 80' x 97' commercial building with a partial basement leased to Rite-Aid at 89-10 Jamaica Ave. in an all-cash transaction valued at $2.4 million. The building contains 7,780 s/f and was sold to a Manhattan investor. Massey Knakal broker Stephen Preuss represented the seller.
* The sale of a four-story, mixed-use 20' x 50' building at 411 Myrtle Ave. in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.32 million. The property contains 4,000 s/f, including a residential portion. The property was sold to a Brooklyn investor. Massey Knakal broker Michael Annunziata represented the seller.
* The sale of a 25' x 91' development site at 133 South 1st St. in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn in a transaction valued at $925,000. The zoning is R6 with a C2-3 overlay, allowing for 5,005 buildable s/f, of which 4,550 s/f can be used for commercial purposes. The property was sold to a Manhattan developer.
