Katzen named senior VP at Prud. Douglas Elliman

Frances Katzen, who heads the Katzen Group at Prudential Douglas Elliman, has been promoted to senior VP. Katzen joined the firm in August 2005 and has become one of its leading brokers. In 2007, she had in excess of $150 million in gross sales. In 2006, the Real Estate Board of New York recognized Katzen for having the second highest grossing sales among all first-year agents in the city. Recently, her $30 million in gross sales was one of the highest one month among all brokers in the firm.
