Taub selected as new COO at DLC Management

According to DLC Management Corp., Daniel Taub has been promoted to executive vice president and COO, a new position. Taub started his real estate career with DLC over 11 years ago and has held a series of positions of increasing responsibility in all operational disciplines of the firm and was most recently the executive vice president of acquisitions and operations.
Taub will oversee the day to day operation of DLC's 95 asset, 16.5 million s/f portfolio including property management, construction management, collections, marketing, all administrative aspects of the firm, and its regional offices in Atlanta, Baltimore, and Chicago. He will report to Adam Ifshin, president of DLC and StephenIfshin, chairman.
Taub received a BA in Economics from Boston University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Real Estate Management Program: Developing Future Leaders Executive Education Course. He is on the board of directors of Storetrax.com.
