Houlihan-Parnes Realtors arranges two mortgages totaling $36 million

Houlihan-Parnes, Realtors, LLC arranged the closing of two new first mortgages in the amount of $15 million and $21 million. The ten year loans have a fixed interest rate of 4.85% with three years interest only. The two properties total 960 units. Built in 1985, the properties occupancies are 95%.
