Namdar acquires 454,423 s/f Chambersburg Mall

Namdar Realty Group has acquired the Chambersburg Mall. The 454,423 s/f property is 85% occupied and anchor tenants including Bon-Ton, Burlington Coat Factory, J.C. Penney, and Sears. Other notable tenants include Aeropostale, American Eagle Outfitters, Finish Line, GNC, Subway, and Kay Jewelers. The terms were all cash or assume existing debt and no mortgage contingencies.
