Island Associates Real Estate (IA) represented the former owners consisting of 49 acres on the Sunrise Hwy. and Station Rd. Roger Delisle represented the note holder, Old Dock Associates and the purchaser, the former fee owner's, BDG Yaphank LLC. The original plan for this site prepared by BDG Yaphank LLC was intended for a BJ's, and Regal Theatre with multiple out parcels for a proposed total of 172,000 s/f retail with 160,000 s/f industrial development. IA represented the purchaser seeking leasing opportunities for the development.
