Capin & Assocs. complete $50m sale

Capin &Associates sold a $50 million development site to an undisclosed purchaser. Containing 190,000 of developable s/f, the site is zoned commercial. Luca Capin of Capin was instrumental in negotiations between the buyer and seller. The buyers were represented by Peter Vanderpool, Timour Shafran and Lazer Sternhell of Capin, the in-place tenant, and the sellers were represented by Ben Shafran and Michael Goldman of Capin.
