RMJM Hiller welcomes four new employees and promotes three members to serve as principals

According to Peter Schubert, AIA, design director of RMJM Hillier, four industry experts have been to the firm's roster: Chris Jones, RIBA, the managing principal of the Urban Studio; Roger Klein, AIA, design principal; Winslow Kosior, AIA, a curtain wall technology expert; and John Plappert, AIA, ACHA, a healthcare designer. The firm also promoted the following three members to principal:
* Mark Lippi, AIA, is the operations director for RMJM's N.Y. office. His experience is reflected in a design portfolio of education, healthcare, corporate and commercial projects.
* David Altenhofen, AIA, is the technical design principal of RMJM, based in the Philadelphia office and responsible for the oversight and technical support for all aspects of architectural practice.
* Eric Jaffe, AIA, NCARB, is a principal in RMJM's global education studio, specializing in science and technology projects and based in the Princeton office.
