Beghou Consulting Inc., an international sales consulting firm, a has signed a lease at 100 Wall St., occupying 2,871 rentable s/f on a portion of the 14th Floor for a 7-year term. Scott Cahaly and Mitchell Konsker of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Savanna, while Robert Sattler of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant in this transaction.
