Dorman of NAI Summit reps owner in 9,487 s/f lease of flex space

Matt Dorman of NAI Summit represented the owner, 90 S Commerce, in the lease transaction with Creative Kids Club for a 9,487 s/f of flex space located in the Lehigh Valley Industrial Park IV at 90 S Commerce. Creative Kids Club plans to have a learning center that provides quality, age appropriate and child centered development programs.
