According to Neil Dolgin, executive vice president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA), the firm negotiated the sale of 105 Apollo St. in the Greenpoint section, an 18,000 s/f property for $2.65 million.
KDA broker Jeffrey Unger represented the seller, Wolkow-Braker Roofing Corp., in the transaction.
The one-story, 9,000 s/f industrial warehouse building also features 9,000 s/f of available land. HK Marble is relocating its operations from Flushing, Queens to 105 Apollo St.
"Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates successfully fulfilled the needs of both the seller and buyer in this transaction. Wolkow-Braker was looking to relocate, and they structured a lease with a purchase option. HK Marble was able to utilize low financing options to purchase the property, gaining unique perks such as a central location, additional available land, and frontage spanning three streets," said Neil Dolgin of KDA.
105 Apollo Street is located between Norman and Nassau avenues, and is centrally located to all bridges and tunnels. Quick access to Manhattan, Queens and Long Island is available via the Brooklyn Queens Expressway and Long Island Expressway.
