W&H Properties has appointed Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Kyle Nevergold building manager at One Grand Central Place, according to Anthony Malkin, president of Malkin Holdings LLC, which supervises the W&H portfolio of nine pre-war Manhattan trophy office buildings. Nevergold is responsible for overall operations, maintenance and capital improvement projects at the white-glove office building with direct in-building access to Grand Central Terminal. Nevergold served as the building manager of two other W&H buildings along the Broadway Office Corridor: 1333 and 1400 Broadway. "Kyle has done an outstanding job for us at 1400 Broadway, and shares with ownership a commitment to tenant satisfaction, an attention to detail and a passion for high standards," said Malkin. "It is a compliment to Kyle that he now will have the chance to bring his skills and his dedication to One Grand Central Place." Nevergold was raised in Buffalo, New York, and now resides in Brooklyn. He received his LEED Accredited Professional certification in 2009.
