CPEX's Tzfanya and Rittchen lease 10,200 s/f
January 28, 2013 - Brokerage
The CPEX industrial leasing team has brokered two industrial leases totaling 10,200 s/f. CPEX's associate director Jacob Tzfanya and associate Gregory Rittchen, represented the landlords in negotiating each lease agreement with the incoming tenants. 5706 1st Ave. is a four-story warehouse, of which the new tenant, Trade Winds Imports, will occupy 4,500 s/f for two years. At 771 Third Ave., CPEX leased 5,700 s/f to Safety King, Inc. in for 10 years.
"5706 1st Ave.'s proximity to the BQE and its available loading infrastructure made it very attractive to Trade Winds Imports," said Tzfanya. "The CPEX industrial leasing team is also pleased to deliver a strong retail operator with a robust track record to 771 3rd Ave. and the rapidly emerging Greenwood Heights neighborhood."
