Brixmor Property Group has executed an 18,350 s/f lease with Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts at Cayuga Mall, 2309 N. Triphammer Rd. Penny Cipolla of Innovative Realty represented Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts. Brixmor is the owner of Cayuga Mall and was represented by Glenn Weisiger with Brixmor. This center is visible off Rte. 13 and Triphammer Rd. It is located across the street from The Shoppes at Ithaca, formerly the Pyramid Mall. Major retailers include Big Lots, Party City, Rite Aid, T.J. Maxx and True Value/Agway.
