According to Friedman-Roth Realty Services, the firm has completed the sale of a central Harlem apartment building located at 505 West 150th St. The four-story walk-up is located between Broadway and Amsterdam Ave. and contains nine residential units. The property sold for a purchase price of $720,000. Lily Ren represented both the buyer and seller.
