Meridian Capital negotiates six financing deals totaling $77.4 million

Meridian Capital Group, LLC has negotiated six new mortgages totaling $77.4 million. The deals include the following:
* A new $31 million mortgage for three multifamily buildings totaling 448 units located on Washington St., Hempstead. The loan features a rate of 3.25% and a 10-year term. Avi Weinstock of Meridian negotiated this deal.
* A new package of mortgages totaling $26.7 million was placed by Meridian on three multifamily buildings composed of 371 units located on Crown St., Kingston Ave. and Montgomery St. in Brooklyn. These loans feature rates of 3.25% and 10-year terms. David Hayum of Meridian negotiated these deals.
* A new package of mortgages totaling $10.5 million for three multifamily buildings composed of 161 units located on Elmwood Ave., Oriental Blvd. and West 10th St. in Brooklyn. These loans feature rates of 3.76% and 10-year terms. Weinstock negotiated these deals.
* A new $4.5 million mortgage was placed by Meridian on a 12-unit, seven-story multifamily building on East 67th St. The loan features a rate of 3.25% and a 10-year term. Weinstock negotiated this deal.
* A new $3 million mortgage for a 33-unit, six-story multifamily building on Havemeyer St., Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 3.25% and a 10-year term. Morris Diamant of Meridian negotiated this deal.
* A new $1.7 million mortgage was placed for a 15-unit, five-story multifamily building on Orchard St. The loan features a rate of 3.25% and a 10-year term. David Zlotnick of Meridian negotiated this deal.
