Change primary affiliation to BMAR: Generate more income
July 16, 2012 - Brokerage
By: Nunzio Del Greco, RCE
Real estate brokers and agents that are members of a Realtor Board other than BMAR can easily change their primary affiliation. Since dues to the New York State and National Association have already been paid for 2012, only the local dues portion would be payable and pro-rated for the remaining six months of 2012. As a courtesy, the $50 application fee would also be waived. For Realtors, the local dues portion would be $188. For Realtor Associates, the local dues portion would be $72. The change of affiliation can be processed administratively by my assistant Grace Rivera. For more information, contact her directly at (718) 892-3000 or email:

There will be no increase in membership dues in 2013 and members can still take advantage of the incentives introduced earlier this year. More real opportunities are available for all real estate professionals to generate more income and reduce monthly expenses through membership in BMAR. With the NAR policy of "Board of Choice," the location of your office or company address does not limit or restrict membership. BMAR provides outstanding programs and services to all real estate professionals licensed in the State of New York.
All licensed real estate brokers and agents to generate more income by showcasing their listings worldwide with one entry to over 20 premium Internet search engines through our exclusive MLS syndication enhancement for a competitive and cost saving advantage.
All brokers and agents also earn $5 credit for each new listing that they submit into the MLS (submit 20 listings for one month and earn $100 credit). There are no agent MLS fees for up to 15 agents.
All brokers and agents can also earn $50 credit for each new member that you recruit to join BMAR or the Manhattan Realtor Chapter (recruit 10 new members, earn $500 credit or 20 new members and earn $1,000 credit).
BMAR is the only Realtor
Board in N.Y.C. Providing

The RPR branding feature enhances the members' presentation, professionalism and provides real value to buyers and sellers. The detailed reports are easily produced in minutes, emailed and or displayed on their iPad, iPhone or other wireless technology.
