Change primary affiliation to BMAR: Generate more income

Since dues to the New York State and National Association have already been paid for 2012, only the local dues portion would be payable and pro-rated for the remaining six months of 2012. As a courtesy, the $50 application fee would also be waived. For Realtors, the local dues portion would be $188. For Realtor Associates, the local dues portion would be $72. There will be no increase in membership dues in 2013 and members can still take advantage of the incentives introduced earlier this year.
