Perfit of Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid brokers $2.3 million sale

Steve Perfit, senior executive director with Cushman &Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. in Newburgh sold Woodstock Harley Davidson to William Nugent. The dealership has operating for 37 years in several locations in Ulster County and has been operating at 349 Rte. 28 location since 2000. Nugent intends to continue operating the dealership with the same high quality standards of customer care and service that Jan Dordick and her daughter, Kim Rose have operated the business consistently since establishing it in 1975. The 21,000 s/f dealership carries the exclusive line of Harley Davidson Motorcycles, parts, clothing and accessories, both in their showroom and online. It will also continue the sponsorship of the local Woodstock H.O.G. Chapter, a motorcycle club aligned with the dealership. The $2.3 million deal consisted of $1.3 million for the real estate and $1 million for the business, parts, equipment, inventory and name.
