Mosler of Cushman & Wakefield reps landlord in 7,694 s/f lease at 805 Third Avenue; Cohen is landlord; Zarba and Bogetti of CBRE rep tenant

Legends Hospitality Management has leased the entire 7,694 s/f 31st floor at Charles Cohen's 805 Third Ave. for its New York headquarters. Legends expects to relocate from 200 Park Ave. to the top floor of 805 Third Ave. in the fall. The distinctive 31-story tower, at 50th St., is also home to the Yankees Entertainment and Sports (YES) Network as well as Meredith Corp., the media company. "We're delighted to welcome yet another giant in the sports services field to our building," said Cohen. Sacha Zarba and Scott Bogetti of CB Richard Ellis represented Legends in the seven-year leasing transaction while a Cushman & Wakefield team led by Bruce Mosler represented the landlord.
