TerraCRG brokers $2.75 million sale of 22,270 s/f development site

TerraCRG has closed on the $2.75 million all-cash sale of 650-654 Bergen St. The property was marketed TerraCRG during the last quarter of 2011 and went into contract in Nov. 2011 after a 30 day no-asking price formal bid process. The 22,270 buildable s/f development site is located between Vanderbilt Ave. and Underhill Ave. in the Prospect Heights. Ofer Cohen, Melissa DiBella, Peter Matheos and Michael Hernandez of Terra CRG represented both the buyer and seller.
