E-J Electric honored for donation to the 2011 College Scholarship Fund of the 100 Year Association of New York

According to Robert Mann, chairman of E-J Electric Installation Co., the company has contributed to the 2011 College Scholarship Fund of the 100 Year Association of New York. E-J Electric was honored on December 15 at the 100 Year Association's Annual Awards Ceremony, attended by commissioner Edna Handy and deputy mayor Stephen Goldsmith at One Police Plaza. Their contribution to the 2011 College Scholarship fund has been awarded directly to Scott Gordon, a deserving son of Howard Gordon, an emergency medical specialist in the N.Y.C. Fire Department. The ceremony at One Police Plaza marked the 53rd year that the 100 Year Association has been administering the awards program. The association has distributed more than $1.5 million dollars and over 900 public service awards to career New York City employees, as well as college scholarships to sons and daughters of city employees.
