LIDC/GNYDC assists in financing of 34,900 s/f of commercial R.E.

The Long Island Development Corp./Greater New York Development Co. (LIDC/GNYDC) assisted this month in the financing of over 34,900 s/f of commercial real estate with $1.698 million in SBA 504 program loans as part of $4,155,027 in total funding for qualified small business projects in Suffolk and Nassau Counties. Ken Kowalczyk, VP of lending financed Hi-Temp Brazing, Inc., brazing of metal products. They received a $779,000 SBA 504 loan as part of a $1,904,115 financing package to purchase a building of 19,100 s/f at 539 Acorn St., Deer Park, N.Y. Kowalczyk also financed B & R Mechanical, Inc./Diamond Security Inc., heating & air conditioning contractor. They received a $540,000 SBA 504 loan as part of a $1.3 million financing package to purchase a new building of 11,700 s/f at 16 Sawgrass Dr., Bellport, N.Y. Kowalczyk also financed The Flood Group, LLC, insurance. They received a $379,000 SBA 504 loan as part of a $950,912 financing package to purchase new commercial condo space of 4,100 s/f at 99 Tulip Ave., Floral Park, N.Y.
