Meridian Capital closes six new mortgages totaling $44.505 million

Meridian Capital Group, LLC has completed the following six new mortgages totaling $44.505 million:
* A new mortgage of $3.055 million was placed by Meridian on a 43-unit, 6-story multifamily building on Empire Blvd. The loan features a rate of 4.19% and a five-year term. The transaction was negotiated by David Ostrov.
* An $18 million mortgage was placed on a 180-unit, six-story multifamily building on St. Marks Ave. The loan features a rate of 4.25% and a five-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Morris Diamant and Jacob Rochlitz.
* A $9 million mortgage was placed by Meridian on a 128-unit, 13-story multifamily building on Edgecombe Ave. The loan features a rate of 4.5% and a five-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Judah Hammer.
* A $6.25 million mortgage on a 40-unit, six-story multifamily building on Broadway. The loan features a rate of 4.2% and a five-year term. The transaction was negotiated by David Hayum and Moe Rosenblum.
* A $6 million mortgage was placed by Meridian on a 43-unit, six-story multifamily building on Havemeyer St. The loan features a rate of 4.38% and a five-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Diamant and Rochlitz.
* A $2.2 million mortgage on a nine-unit, three-story mixed-use building on Steinway St. in Long Island City. The loan features a rate of 4.61% and a seven-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Ami Levin.
