Dolgin of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represents owner in 4,000 s/f lease

According to Neil Dolgin, co-president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates (KDA), the firm has arranged a 4,000 s/f lease for Area 17, an Internet development company, at 99 Richardson St. between Leonard St. and Manhattan Ave. in the Greenpoint section. KDA broker Grant Dolgin represented the owner, Richardson Street LLC, while Sean Philipps of Prudential Douglas Elliman represented the tenant.
