The groundbreaking ceremony was held for the 191,000 s/f Hudson Plaza Shopping Center, which is being developed by CBL & Associates. Construction financing was provided by Fleet Bank. Project team members include: G.C., EMJ Corp.; architect, Watkins Carter Hamilton; and civil engineer, Bergman Associates.
