Halpern and Stella of CresaPartners negotiate 4,776 s/f office lease

WorkFlowOne has leased 4,776 s/f of office space on the 11th floor at 1040 Avenue of the Americas, according to CresaPartners, which negotiated the five-year lease.
The tenant relocated to the building - directly across from Bryant Park - from its former address at 276 Park Ave. South. It took occupancy last month.
"Being equally close to transit hubs at Grand Central Station, Penn Station, and the Port Authority is a valuable asset for any sales-oriented business," said Justin Halpern, associate at CresaPartners, who represented the tenant.
In addition to Halpern, Bob Stella, principal and executive VP of CresaParnters, represented the tenant. The building's owner, Garden Homes, was represented in the deal by Billy Cohen, Matt Leon, and Ryan Kass of Newmark Knight Frank.
